As a general rule this site is accessible to users at any moment. An interruption for maintenance reasons can however be decided on by, who agrees to inform the users beforehand of the dates and times of the work involved.

All of the information included on the site is given for reference only and is subject to change. Moreover, the information given on is not exhaustive. It is subject to changes  made since it was last put on line .

4. Contractual limitations regarding technical data.

The Internet site cannot be held liable for any material damages connected with the use of this site. What is more, the site user agrees to access the site by means of recent equipment, free of any virus and with an up-dated last generation browser.

5. Intellectual property and fraudulent copying.

Raccords Hydrauliques is owner of the intellectual property rights or holds the right to use all the accessible elements of the site, notably the texts, pictures, graphics, logo, icons, sound, software.

Any copying, representation, modification, publication, adaptation of all or part of the elements of the site, whatever the means or process used, is forbidden, unless Raccords Hydrauliques has given its prior written agreement.

Any unauthorized use of the site or of any one of the elements included in it will be deemed as fraudulent copying and proceedings instituted in accordance with the provisions of articles L.335-2 and subsequent of the Intellectual Property Code.

6. Liability limitations.

Raccords Hydrauliques cannot be held liable for any direct and indirect damages to user equipment when accessing the Raccords Hydrauliques site and resulting either from the use of equipment not respecting the requirements stated in  point 4, or the appearance of a bug or incompatibility.

Raccords Hydrauliques cannot be held liable either for any  indirect damages (such as, for example, loss of a market or a prospect) resulting from the use of the site.

The interactive areas ( questions in the contact area) are available to users. Raccords Hydrauliques reserves the rights to delete, without prior official notification, any content in this space which contravenes French national legislation , in particular provisions regarding data protection. If need be, Raccords Hydrauliques also reserves the possibility of implicating the user’s civil  and/or criminal liability, notably in the case of a racist, abusive, slanderous or pornographic  message, whatever the support used (text, photograph…).

7. Personal data management.

In France, personal data is protected notably by law n° 78-87  of January 6th 1978,  n° 2004-801 of August 6th 2004, article L. 226-13 Criminal Code and the European Directive of October 24th 1995.

When using the the following could be collected: URL of the links by which the user connected to the, the user’s provider, the user’s IP address.

Whatever the circumstances, Raccords Hydrauliques only collects user personal data needed for certain services offered by The user provides this information in full knowledge of the facts, notably when they key it in themselves. It is therefore specified to the site users the obligation to provide or not this information.

In accordance with the provisions of articles 38 and subsequent of law 78-17 of January 6th 1978 concerning information technology and data protection, all users  have a right of access, modification and objection to their personal data, by sending a written signed request, together with proof of identity and the signature of the holder, stating the address to which the answer should be sent.

No personal data of users is published, exchanged, transferred, surrendered or sold on whatever type of support to any third party without the user’s knowledge. Only the sale of Raccords Hydrauliques and its rights would enable the transfer of the said information to a possible buyer who would be bound by the same obligation to keep and change the data of users.

The site is not registered with the CNIL as it does not collect personal information.

The database is protected by the provisions of law of July 1st 1998 adapting directive 96/9 of March 11th 1996 regarding the legal protection of database.

The site contains a certain number of hypertext links to other sites, set-up with Raccords Hydrauliques authorization. However, Raccords Hydrauliques is not in a position to check the content of these sites thus visited, and as a result does not accept any liability.
