Conversely, the total cost of hydraulic connectors (fittings/hoses/steel pipes/drilled blocks/miscellaneous hydraulic functions) amounts to 6 to 10% of total purchases! Our solutions at erasch impact the entire hydraulic connection system and in many cases make it possible to reduce the total number of hydraulic connection components!
On top of that, fewer components means shorter assembly times, fewer leaks, less steel used, less space taken up and a smaller carbon footprint.

QRM, THE KEYSTONE OF OUR ORGANIZATION
“Making time our ally” is the principle behind QRM (Quick Response Management). At erasch, we have made it the cornerstone of our organization, at every stage of the process, purchasing, be it design, manufacturing, sales or delivery.
GOALS
QRM aims to reduce lead times at every stage of the process. At erasch, we strive to make sure there’s no downtime, from quotation to the delivery of your hydraulic fittings.
APPROACH
With QRM, time is on our side. We are able to increase our teams’ versatility, reduce barriers between departments, visualise workflows, and foster a spirit of mutual support between units by creating the right conditions for decisions to be taken as close to the action as possible… And we continue to invest to ensure we always are producing in excess. We work with a short supply chain structure, both with our bar turning suppliers (90% of whom are in France), and by choosing local subcontracting partners for our zinc plating and mechanical welding.
RESULTS
We offer delivery times ranging from 3 to 5 weeks for normal orders, and of up to 72 hours for urgent orders, depending on the type of hydraulic fitting!
